A new research also shows that, teens who drink 100% fruit juice have more nutritious diets on the whole compared to non-consumers. Adolescents ages 12-18 that drank 100% juice had lower intakes of total dietary fat, saturated fat and higher intakes of key nutrients, including Vitamins C and B6, potassium and iron.
Intake of greater than 6 oz of 100% juice a day also frenzied more whole fruit and less added fats and sugars.
