Ingredients:
- Sugar cookie (refrigerated)-1 package
vanilla-1 tsp- Butter-1 cup
- cheese(cream type)-1 pk
- Apple-1 1/2 cup
- strawberries-1 1/2 cup
- bananas-1 1/2 cup
- orange-1 1/2 cup
- peach-1 1/2 cup
- blueberries-1 1/2 cup
- Apricot-1 1/2 cup
- Sugar-1/3 cup
- water-2 tsp
Directions:
- First clean your hands nicely.
Now make the cookies in to slices as thin as possible. - Place all those cookie slices on pizza pan at 350 degree and bake for 10 min.Make it cool slightly.
- Then spread all the cream cheese,sugar and vanilla extract evenly on it.
- Add all the fruits around pizza pan. If this does not completely cover pizza pan, add another circle of fresh fruit, like kiwi or fresh white grapes.
- Mix orange and water and apply evenly over the fruit . Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hour.
