Fruit roll up-Favourite kid’s snacks

Fruits roll upFruit rolls are one of the most favorite snacks for kids and very easy to pop into lunches for kids . These rolls are 100% fruit with no sugar .The following is the procedure to make the fruit roll.

  • At 250 degrees F preheat the oven.
  • Line a 11×14 inch baking sheet with aluminum foil
  • Now coat the foil with cooking spray.
  • Now keep the apricots with water in a heavy saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes or until fruit is very soft.
  • Then blend it in the blender until it becomes smooth.
  • Pour fruit and spread evenly onto prepared foil .
  • Place sheet into oven for 30 minutes. Turn heat off and leave oven with out opening for 8 hours.
  • Then remove it gently peel fruit from foil. Set on waxed paper, right-side down, and press down.
  • Then cut in to strips. Roll each strip with the paper side out and store in plastic bags until ready to eat.
