Summer simply means an abundance of fruits and veggies especially tropical fruits. After the hearty winter, our plate starts to yearn for fresh fruits and vegetables; seen abundant at both local farmers market and grocery stores, embracing with the variety and colors of nutrient packed foods will help in healthy lifestyle.

Based on what you choose to have, all fruits and veggies provide with key nutrients to health. Filling up your plate with fresh produces will keep you from snacking on eatables that are not wholesome.
