Bananas are high in vitamins and helps in solving many health problems like constipation and other skin and hair problems. There are different types of bananas and out of them raw bananas are used in controlling diarrhea and some say it reduces the risk of cancer.
This recipe can be made up of two types, the classic banana recipe and the healthy banana recipe. The classic banana recipe will be a perfect snack for kids in the evening and will definitely be an energizer as bananas contains high calories which are much needed for growing kids.

Ingredients:
- 2 extra ripe, large peeled bananas
- 1/3 cup of margarine
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ½ cup of butter milk
- ¾ cup of chopped nuts
Instructions:
- Mash the bananas in blender and add cream margarine with sugar until it is light and fluffy.
- Beat the bananas and eggs together.
- Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda and add dry ingredients alternately with butter milk, blending well after each addition.
- Stir in nuts and bake in 350 F oven for 50 to 60 minutes until it is baked properly.
- Allow it to cool down for about 10 minutes.
This makes one complete load which can be cut into 24 pieces and this recipe is definitely a stomach filling one.
