Ingredients:
cucumber

  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2-3 cup lemon squeeze
  • 4 cups of honeydew melon cubed
  • 2 cups of passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup salt and sugar
  • 5-6 fresh mint springs
  • 3 cups ice crushed

Instructions:

1. In a blender combine chopped cucumber, cubed honeydew melon.
2. Add passion fruit juice and crushed ice into the blender.
3. Put some mint leaves into the blender.
4. Squeeze lemon.
5. Put sugar and salt.
6. Make a mixture of it.
7. Serve them into glass.
