In summer to be thurst free, eat lots of water pampering fruits like watermelon,orange,papayas etc.These all not only gives you energy but makes you feel good.With different taste of fruits you can make a unique smoothies and salads out of it.
Some of the fruit recipes which is easy to be made at home are:
Apple Smoothie- If you have apple stored in refrigerator just make a try of it .
Ingredients:
- Take two to three apples peal them and cut into pieces
- Take four glass of milk
- Take two spoon of honey
- Put ice cubes
- Two spoon of sugar
- One spoon of cardamom
Preparation:
- Mix all apple pieces with milk in a mixer and blend it till smooth
- Add honey, sugar, ice cubes
- Put some powder of cardamom
- Serve the glasses with chilled smoothies
