Soft and Creamy Apple Pie-Fruit Recipe

When you think about apples, the first thing that comes to your mind is an old proverb saying which goes like this: “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” As apple is a good source of vitamin C which prevents bleeding of gums and other skin disease, it is always good to add some apples in your recipes.

Apples are available from late summer to early winter in North America but generally one can find them year round and they are usually less expensive. While purchasing apples, select the ones which are bright in color, firm to touch and sweet smelling.

Avoid apples having browns spots on them. Storing them in fridge can avoid further ripening and they can retain freshness for up to 7 days. If you want to make the apples ripen quickly, then you can store them in brown paper bag. Below you can find the items needed to make the apple pie in just three minutes.

Ingredients:

Apple Banana1
  • 2 apples
  • Light cream cheese
  • Graham Crackers
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar(Mixture of regular and brown sugar)

Instructions:

  1. Chop the apples into tiny pieces and place it in a bowl.
  2. Mix the cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the apples.
  3. Microwave the apples for 1 minute.
  4. Take them out and stir it nicely and put them back for another minute.
  5. Scoop the cooked apples onto a graham cracker with cheese spread on top.
  6. Adding a bit of caramel and chocolate for an extra flavor is totally optional.
