Warm Banana Roll-Ups Fruit Recipe

Bananas are high in vitamins and they have high calorie value which makes them consumed by many gym going youngsters to supply instant surge of energy for a better workout. This fruit also helps in curing health problems like constipation and other skin and hair problems. There are different types of bananas and out of them raw bananas are used in controlling diarrhea and some say it reduces the risk of cancer. With so much of benefits from this fruit, people have invented many recipes out of it and one such easy recipe to prepare is the “Banana Roll-Ups”. It can be served in the evenings for snacks and children would love them without any doubt.

Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of light cream cheese
  • One teaspoon of agave nectar (or honey)
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas

Procedure

  1. Mix the cheese, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl
  2. Spread the mixture of cheese, honey and cinnamon on tortilla and place the sliced bananas on its top.
  3. Gently roll up the recipe without squeezing the bananas.
  4. Grill it slightly on a frying pan until it turns brown in color.

This is one recipe for the one who do not want to spend their time in kitchen so long. As it is very quick and easy to prepare many wish to have them as snacks. As it is warm, crispy and sweet it can be served for desserts too.
