- 2 red plums, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon of unsalted chopped shelled pistachios
- 3 mint leaves, coarsely torn(about 1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Toss plums, blueberries and raspberries with sugar, orange juice and cinnamon.
- Leave it undisturbed for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with pistachios and mint before serving.
