MANGO LASSI
Lassi is a popular drink. Mango lassi is a mixed of mango and yoghurt. It contains protein, fiber and starch. Lassi helping you maintain beautiful skin and it is perfect for a hot summer refreshment drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup fat-free plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk or water
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- 3 teaspoons sugar(adjust to taste)
- 1 pinch saffron
Procedure
- Take a blender, add fresh mango, plain yoghurt and blend well.
- Then add cold milk or water, sugar(optional), cardamom powder.
- Blend everything until combine well.
- Pour the mango lassi into the glasses and garnish with saffron.
- Serve it chilled.
