Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mashed avocado
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed avocado, oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
