A baseball-sized citrus fruit with a tough orange skin and flesh, which is segmented and juicy. It might have a sweet to slightly bitter taste, depending on the variety. They are grown in regions with a subtropical and Mediterranean climate. Some of the frequent varieties of include Amber sweet, Blood, Hamlin, Naval, Red Naval, Pineapple, and also Valencia oranges. Oranges are a good source of vitamins, such as vitamin C and four B vitamins and are also a very good source of many important minerals.
Olive is a well-liked fruit, which can be eaten fresh or can be used in plenty of recipes. Olive oil is used extensively in cooking. Olives have plenty of health benefits because of its abundance in mono unsaturated fatty acids. The olive fruit is a green drupe, which usually turns blackish-purple when fully ripe.
